Noise Reduction
Our Patented Silent Air system works by dissipating compressor intake noise through a series of noise cancellation plates, reducing DBA ratings by up to 50%. Silent air compressors operate at a normal conversation level in comparison to traditional compressors that operate at the level of a police siren.

Pressure Lube
Pressure Lubrication is the second type of lubrication systems. This system is more technically advanced and a far more precise method to deliver oil to critical parts of the pump, resulting in longer pump life. The oil is pumped through an oil filter and into the pump where it is then recycled and reused. Since the oil pump is delivering the oil more efficiently the viscosity of the oil is less critical than with a splash system. In the air compressor industry, it is typically more costly to upgrade to pressure lubrication systems. *Our high efficiency manufacturing facility 0to the tank. Riser
Our pump mounting plate riser is designed to raise the pump allowing 360-degree air flow from the flywheel to cool the pump oil reservoir. Pump mount risers also allow air to flow under the pump for maximum cooling.
Tensioner
Piston
Piston compressors come optional with a belt tensioner. This belt tensioner allows you to easily and quickly tighten your belts. These tensioners also have a double bolt tension device that allows you to keep the belts in perfect alignment. No pry bars needed to tighten your belts!
Rotary
All Rotary Screw belt driven models 5HP – 20HP include an automatic spring-loaded belt tensioning device. This keeps a steady pressure for optimal belt tension.
Auto Drain
Operation
A dual timer electric auto drain is a device designed to expel moisture and water from the air receiver tank.
Interval Setting Feature
It has an adjustable interval setting feature that allows you to set the device from 1 to 45-minute drain cycles. You can also set the timing of how long you want the drain to stay open.
Muffler Included
Our premium series compressors Include an air muffler for quiet dispensing of water.
Belt Drive
Our belt driven compressors are driven by V belts that allow you to adjust the pump speeds by changing pulley sizes.
