In an attempt to quote you the cheapest freight rate, the freight rate will be calculated from the warehouse nearest to your location. However, we don't stock all of our products at all of our warehouses. In the event we have to ship from another warehouse, we will contact you with additional freight charges, if required. You can then either accept the additional charges or cancel your order at no cost. The same conditions apply for in-store pickup.

We can sometimes improve freight rates on a case-by-case basis. If your freight rate seem too high when it is calculated in the cart (due to residential delivery or other fees), please let us know. We will see if we can help you figure out a cheaper solution.
