Our Turf Rail system quickly and easily picks up turf and all-terrain equipment by engaging onto most 2-Post lift height adapters. With two adjustable trays and a patented rail system, this versatile kit is perfect for a variety of settings including airports, golf courses, parks, and landscape companies. In just a few simple steps, our product can be converted from a turf lift to an arm engaging lift, all while taking up less valuable shop space than traditional 4-post lifts. Features & Benefits

The Turf Rail is an attachment for two post automotive lifts, designed to pick up turf and all terrain equipment by wheel engagement.

The patented system has two rails that engage onto the height adapters of most two post symmetric designed lifts and then two adjustable troughs attach to the rails and are fully adjustable from wheelbases ranging from 26” to 128”.

The Turf Rail installs fast and easy in less than two minutes!

The Turf Rail maximum capacity rating is 7,000 lbs. (3,500 lbs. per trough)

Installation Instructions:

  1. Make sure your Turf Rail was ordered correctly to match your height adapter dimension.
  2. Check the floor in the lifting bay to be sure that it is a flat surface and relatively level.
  3. Unpackage the Turf Rail and loosen the T handles on each trough until they are flush with the outside of the saddle, 4 total.
  4. Lower two post lift and fully extend arms.
  5. Remove lifting pads and install height adapters to achieve a minimum height from floor to top of adapters at 12”
  6. Move arms in from front to rear and center adapters at 118”
  7. Install each rail over the adapters into round adapter opening in the underside of the rail.
  8. Take each trough and mount it onto the rail, one trough forward of the columns and on trough rear of the columns.
  9. Measure the wheel base of the equipment you desire to lift and then center the Turf Rail troughs to match the desired wheel base. (Remember, the wheelbase range must be between 26” and 128”)
  10. Raise the lift until the top of the rail meets the saddle portion of the trough and then tighten the T handles on each side of each trough firmly into the rails.
  11. Drive desired piece of equipment onto the Turf Rail and be sure that both front and rear tires are centered into the troughs.
  12. Set emergency brake on the equipment and then raise to the desired working height.
