If a jack or related equipment is determined to be defective during the period, AFF, at its option, will repair or replace without charge provided that the equipment is shipped, transportation charges prepaid with proof of purchase to American Forge & Foundry, Inc. or to an authorized Field Service Depot designated by American Forge & Foundry, Inc.
