Receiving your lift or paint booth can be a little tricky, but not if we plan appropriately. We ship to the 48 contiguous states. International on a case-by-case basis. Call for international shipping. Shipping is handled differently on a product-by-product basis. Some products qualify for free shipping, some have flat shipping rates, and others are calculated by the shipping program based on the customer’s location.
Here are some things to consider:
Shipping Essentials: Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, we'll keep you updated and provide tracking numbers via email as soon as they're available.
For smaller orders, we typically utilize carriers like UPS or FedEx, while larger items are handled by LTL (less than truckload) carriers - like R & L, ABF, SAIA, etc. Rest assured; we allow you to choose the carrier that best suits your order.
Important Note – Promptly Report Any Issues: Should you encounter any damage or missing items, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, allowing us to promptly address the matter.
Potential Additional Charges:
Should any extra charges be necessary, we'll inform you before finalizing your order.
Notable Limitations: We do not ship to PO boxes, and items exceeding 150 pounds are exclusively shipped via freight.
Shipping to Distant Locations: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada? While we're eager to assist, additional charges will apply. Feel free to give us a call for a detailed breakdown based on your location. Orders to these regions typically ship within 5-10 business days.
Handling Damages & Exchanges: Your satisfaction is paramount to us. While issues are rare due to our commitment to quality products, we're here to assist if anything isn't up to par. Most of our items come with a manufacturer's warranty—refer to the warranty instructions in case of defects. Special Requests: Require a signature upon delivery? Just give us a heads up. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages left unattended if no one is available to receive them.
