Warranty and Returns Made Easy

Greetings from the team at Freedom Shop Equipment! Ensuring your satisfaction with our products is our top priority, even when unexpected situations arise. Here's a handy overview of how we manage warranties and returns to ensure you're always covered.

Warranty Claims

We proudly stand behind our products, offering a 100% guarantee as distributors for various manufacturers. Each product on our site is backed by its respective manufacturer's warranty. Should you need to make a warranty claim, regardless of its scale, we're here to assist you through the process.

Initiating a Return

  • Getting Started: Need to initiate a return? Simply reach out to us via phone 800-288-2511 or email help@freedomshopequipment.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please note that returns cannot be accepted without an RMA, but acquiring one is as easy as contacting our Customer Service Team. After receiving an RMA number, you can return products by mail, through a pre-arranged freight carrier, or in-store. Our customer service team will be happy to help you determine the best method of returning unwanted products. Our customer service team will provide a return label or schedule the return shipment using our shipping accounts.
  • Prompt Responses: We strive to promptly review and respond to all return requests within one business day, often even quicker during our regular operating hours.
  • Credit for Returns: Once the manufacturer examines the returned item and issues a credit memo (which may include restocking or return freight charges), we'll credit your account using the same payment method as your original purchase, typically within 10 business days.

Specifics on Different Return Types:

  • Unopened Merchandise: Items still in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 30%, inclusive of freight charges, may apply.
  • Opened Merchandise: If you've opened the product, it can still be returned within 15 days, subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning, and repackaging costs.
  • Special Order Items: Since these items are specifically ordered for you, returns unfortunately cannot be accepted.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Thoroughly inspect your products upon arrival, as it's crucial. If any factory defects or shipping damage are detected, kindly inform us immediately, preferably before signing off on delivery. If the product is defective, FSE will pay for the cost of return shipping. If it is a case of buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for the freight charge to and from your location.

Cancellation Policy: 

Changed your mind? No worries. You can cancel any order before it ships for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery as per our guidelines, and it will be subject to our standard return policy upon return.

Additional Suggestions: 

  • Freight Delivery: Upon receipt, carefully inspect your shipment and make note of any damage on the bill of lading. This assists us in swiftly handling any claims.
  • Ground Delivery: If there are any issues with a package delivered via ground shipping (such as UPS or FedEx), please report them promptly.
