At Freedom Shop Equipment, we want to make sure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping:
General Shipping Information
- Orders typically leave our warehouse within two to four business days. Sometimes, due to unexpected circumstances, it might take up to ten days for your order to ship. If that happens, we'll be sure to reach out and keep you informed about the status of your item.
- For shipping, we usually use UPS or FedEx for smaller orders, and for larger items, we go with flatbed or LTL carriers. We reserve the right to use any carrier that can fulfill the order.
- All lifts ship via LTL (less than truckload) on a semi or a flatbed truck to your address. You are responsible for having the the right equipment (like a forklift, tractor, or Bobcat) to unload it. If you can't unload at your address, please call our customer service team. We may be able to arrange for you to pick it up at a local shipping terminal (but not for Challenger lifts, as they ship via flatbed).
- Depending on your location or specific circumstances, there might be additional fees charged by the freight carrier. These could include charges for limited access areas, storage fees, detention fees, and more. We'll always let you know about any extra charges before shipping your order, so there are no surprises.
- Once your order is on its way, we'll keep you in the loop every step of the journey. You'll receive an email with shipping information, including the carrier's name, contact number, and tracking number. For freight deliveries, the carrier will schedule a delivery time window and may notify you in advance. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
- We do our best to get your order to you on time, but we can't always guarantee specific delivery dates or time frames, especially for large or heavy items. If you've got a deadline to meet, it's best to order well in advance, just to be safe.
- Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, just let us know, and we'll see what we can do.
- We've got (4) service locations in the Midwest and (12) distribution centers all across the United States, so chances are, your order will be coming from one nearby. If you're curious about the specific origin of your shipment or need it expedited, feel free to reach out to us.
- When your shipment arrives, it's important to be prepared for unloading. For business deliveries with a loading dock, make sure the receiving party is available to accept the delivery. If you require assistance or have specific delivery instructions, please communicate them to the carrier in advance. Remember, it's the customer's responsibility to unload the shipment safely and promptly to avoid any additional fees or delays.
- Your satisfaction is super important to us. If, by any chance, your item arrives damaged or is missing parts, just let us know within three days of delivery, and we'll take care of it for you. We sell only top-notch products, but things happen, and we're here to make it right.
Product Information
- We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you need to return something, just make sure it's unused and in its original packaging. We'll handle returns within 30 days of receipt. Your return may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty beyond our 30-day return policy. If you need assistance with a warranty claim, we're here to help!
- Occasionally, we might might display an incorrect price or image, or a freight charge may not calculate correctly. If that happens, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the incorrect price or product image (or freight charge). We will issue a refund immediately if your card has been charged.
- From time to time, we offer special sale prices, but please note that these prices aren't retroactive. And unfortunately, previous orders aren't eligible for sale pricing.
- Customers in IN, WI, IL, KY, OH, and MO will need to pay sales tax. If you're in a state subject to state income tax, you'll see that calculated at checkout.
- Please note that tax regulations and duties may vary depending on your location and the products you're purchasing. Buyers outside the United States should be aware of any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to their orders. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary based on the destination country's regulations. For specific information regarding taxes and duties for international orders, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
- Once you've installed or set up your equipment, we can't accept returns. If you think there's an issue with your product, just give us a shout, and we'll do our best to help you out.
- If your order has already shipped, sorry, but we can't cancel it. If you refuse delivery, just be aware that you'll be responsible for covering the return freight costs, plus a 25% restocking fee.
- We do our best to inspect every shipment before it leaves our facility, but accidents can happen. If your product arrives damaged, just let us know right away, and we'll sort it out for you.
- Your satisfaction is our priority, and we take great care to ensure the quality of our products and services. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may arise from time to time.
